How it works:

  1. After purchase, a unique code is sent by email to you or directly to the recipient if you choose to gift it directly to someone else.
  2. The code is entered at checkout like a payment method.
  3. Any unused balance stays on the card for future orders but only on the account it is used on.

Valid on all products at store.bobbybrix.com. Gift cards do not expire.

PLEASE READ - GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Issuance
    Bobby Brix Gift Cards are issued by Bobby Brix (store.bobbybrix.com). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these terms.
  2. Redemption
    Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively at store.bobbybrix.com. They cannot be used on third-party platforms (Etsy, Rebrickable, or any other marketplace) and cannot be transferred to other stores.
  3. Validity
    Gift Cards do not expire. There is no time limit on redemption.
  4. Balance and partial use
    Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment. Any remaining balance after a purchase is retained on the card and available for future orders. The balance cannot fall below zero — if the order total exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid by another method at checkout.
  5. No cash value
    Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit to a bank account, in whole or in part.
  6. Combinations
    Gift Cards may be used in combination with discount codes. Multiple Gift Cards cannot be applied to a single order.
  7. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
    In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your Gift Card purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the card code has not been used. To exercise this right, contact us at [your contact email]. Once a Gift Card has been partially or fully redeemed, the right of withdrawal applies only to the unused balance.
  8. Refunds
    Unused Gift Cards purchased in error may be refunded within the 14-day withdrawal period (see clause 7). Partially or fully redeemed Gift Cards are non-refundable for the used portion.
  9. Lost, stolen, or shared codes
    Bobby Brix is not responsible for Gift Card codes that are lost, stolen, forwarded, or shared by the recipient. Treat your code like cash. We are unable to recover or reissue codes that have been redeemed by an unintended party.
  10. Fraudulent use
    Bobby Brix reserves the right to void or cancel any Gift Card that is reasonably suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or in violation of these terms.
  11. Currency
    Gift Cards are denominated in EUR (euros) and may only be used for purchases made in EUR at store.bobbybrix.com.
  12. Governing law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the law of the customer's country of residence within the European Union.
