LEGO Bratislava SNP Bridge MOC - PDF Building Instructions

One of the main monuments of Bratislava is a bridge dubbed the SNP bridge or the UFO Bridge thanks to its iconic design and observation deck standing 80 meters above ground in the most unique way possible. This LEGO design is unscaled however it fits perfectly well with the other micro-scaled LEGO MOCs of Bratislava designed by The Bobby Brix Channel.

HISTORY

The Most SNP (Bridge of the Slovak National Uprising) is a 430.8-meter (1,413-foot) long cable-stayed bridge spanning the Danube River in Bratislava, Slovakia. It was opened in 1972 and connects the historic city center with the Petržalka district. It is also the world's longest bridge with a single pylon and asymmetrical cable-stayed design. The pylon stands 84.6 meters (278 feet) tall and supports the deck with steel cables. the top of the pylons feature a UFO-shaped observation deck and restaurant with splendid 360 panoramic views of the city.
