Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your MOC kit, without providing any reason. This 14-day period starts from the day you receive the parcel.

Digital downloads and digital products are not refundable under EU regulations.

How to Return an Item

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You can contact us to inform us of your decision to return the product and receive the shipping returns address.

Once we have received your request, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Conditions for Returns

The item must be returned unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
Please ensure the item is securely packed for return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely. Lost packaged will not be refunded.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund, which will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
