Launched on December 7, 1942, exactly one year after the attack on Pearl Harbor, the USS Bowfin earned the nickname "Pearl Harbor Avenger" by completing nine war patrols across the Pacific and sinking 44 enemy vessels, making her one of the most decorated and feared submarines of World War II.

Decommissioned in 1971 and preserved since then as a museum ship at Pearl Harbor Historic Sites in Honolulu, she remains one of the finest surviving examples of the Balao-class that formed the backbone of the US Pacific submarine campaign.

This 1:260 scale LEGO MOC is part of the BOBBY BRIX SubMayRine 2025 display stand mini-series alongside the U-995 and M-200, with 83 pages and 81 steps of building instructions included.
