The heaviest tank deployed in combat during World War II: the Tiger II. It weighed nearly 70 tonnes and combined the sloped armour concept pioneered by the Soviet T-34 with an 88mm KwK 43 gun capable of penetrating any Allied tank at combat ranges.

Only 492 were built between 1944 and 1945, and while their armour was virtually impenetrable from the front, their Maybach engine was chronically overstressed hauling such a massive hull, making mechanical breakdowns a greater threat than Allied firepower for most crews.

This free 71-part micro-scale LEGO MOC recreates the Tiger II as a companion piece to the BOBBY BRIX Tiger I MOC. Don't worry, this one won't break down, (unless you do something with it).
