France's next-generation high-speed train received European regulatory approval on May 29, 2026 after logging nearly one million kilometres of testing, and is scheduled to carry its first passengers in September 2026 under the TGV INOUI brand.

Developed by SNCF and Alstom under a €3.5 billion order for 115 trainsets, the TGV-M Avelia Horizon seats up to 740 passengers, cuts energy consumption by 20%, and operates at 320 km/h across the French and European high-speed network.

This 278-part micro-scale LEGO MOC recreates the complete trainset while you wait for the real thing to roll out.
