First flying in August 1956 and entering USAF service in June 1957, the Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker was developed in parallel with the Boeing 707 airliner from the same prototype and went on to become the backbone of US aerial refueling operations for over six decades.

I was extending the range of fighters, bombers, and reconnaissance aircraft across every major American military campaign from Vietnam to the present day. With 803 built and over 400 still in active service, it remains one of the longest-serving military aircraft in history.

This free micro-scale LEGO MOC recreates its long narrow fuselage and classic tanker silhouette in a clean, display-ready build.
