Bees and pollinators need access to shallow water sources during hot days to survive and regulate hive temperature, yet most garden water features are too deep for them to drink safely. This 3D printed bee-shaped drinker solves that with a flat, shallow basin sized for safe pollinator access and a ground spike that pushes directly into soil or a plant pot to keep it stable.

Material Information

PLA (Polylactic Acid)

PLA is a plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch or sugarcane. It is the standard material for decorative 3D printing — lightweight, precise, with stable colours and clean finishes. Best suited for indoor use. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight.

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)

PETG is more durable and slightly flexible compared to PLA. It offers better heat and moisture resistance, making it suitable for functional parts subject to everyday use. Of the two materials, PETG is the only one that may offer some water resistance - this will be indicated in the product description where applicable.
