Bobby Brix Shipping Explained: New Calculator, Two Streams, and Where We Ship To

Shipping costs and availability are one of the most common questions we receive before an order is placed. We've updated the shipping policy and added a dedicated shipping calculator so that anyone, anywhere, can check exactly what ships to them and at what cost before they even add a product to their cart.

How Shipping Works Depends on What You Order

Not all BOBBY BRIX products ship the same way, and that's actually good news for customers outside Europe! Depending on what you order, your parcel either comes from Bratislava (Slovakia) within a few days, or ships directly from China for free. Here's a quick overview of both before we go into detail.

Physical Products Shipped from Bratislava

LEGO MOC kits, retired LEGO sets, and 3D printed products are all stored and shipped from Bratislava, Slovakia. This applies to everything in the LEGO MOC Kits, LEGO Sets, and 3D Printed Products collections.

Shipping fees start at €3.50 and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen carrier, and the weight of your parcel. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to the countries we ship to.

We currently ship from Slovakia to 27 countries across Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Ukraine. GoBricks MOC Kits - Free Worldwide Shipping

GoBricks MOC kits operate on a completely different model. These kits, which include the WW2 battleship series (Bismarck, Tirpitz, HMS Nelson, HMS Rodney, HMS Hood) and the submarine kits (USS Bowfin, U-995) are designed by BOBBY BRIX but manufactured by GoBricks and shipped directly from their factories in China. BOBBY BRIX never handles or stores these products. They go straight from production to your door.

As a result, worldwide shipping on GoBricks kits is always free of charge, regardless of your location. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Depending on your country, local customs duties or import fees may apply upon arrival (rarely). This varies by destination and is outside our control.

Select your country from the dropdown (organised by continent for easy navigation, with European countries listed individually) and the tool instantly shows you which products ship to your location and at what cost. Shipping rates are shown per parcel weight for products shipped from Bratislava, so you can get a clear picture of what a small order versus a larger combined order would cost before you commit. GoBricks kits are listed as free worldwide.

The calculator is fully multilingual and automatically adapts to whichever language you're browsing the store in English, French, or Slovak. If we don't currently ship to your country from Bratislava, the tool explains this clearly and points you towards the GoBricks kits as an alternative that ships worldwide for free.

A Note for UK and Ireland Customers

The United Kingdom and Ireland are not currently available for products we ship from Bratislava. For UK customers, post-Brexit customs paperwork makes cross-border shipments significantly more expensive and complicated for both sides. For Ireland, the shipping costs through our current carriers aren't competitive enough to offer a fair price. Rather than charge more than is reasonable, we've made the practical decision to pause shipping to both countries for now.

That said, BOBBY BRIX products are still available to UK and Irish customers. GoBricks MOC kits ship free worldwide directly from China. If you're based in the UK or Ireland and want a physical BOBBY BRIX product, the GoBricks kit collection is the right place to look. And of course, all digital products, whether premium or free are available to everyone worldwide with no shipping involved at all.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon, processing begins the following Monday.

You may receive a tracking number before your order has physically left our hands, this is generated in advance by the carrier. Your parcel will be on its way once it has been packed and collected. If your tracking shows no movement for the first day or two after you receive it, that's completely normal.
